Essential Information for Production and Billing

We collect only the essential information necessary to execute your Art Direction production and facilitate billing. This includes:

• Contact & Billing Info: Name, Company Name, VAT/Tax ID, and Email address for invoicing.
• Creative Assets (Digital Intake): High-resolution product photography, brand guidelines, and visual references uploaded for the project.
• Project Briefs: Information provided in the Creative Brief to define the art direction.
• Technical & Log Data: Automatically collected information such as IP addresses, browser types, and strictly necessary cookies used by our platform and payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for security and fraud prevention.

Use Cases

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To interpret your brand DNA and execute the "Hybrid Production" process.
• AI Processing: To generate visual assets using generative AI technologies.
• To process "Retainer" and "Balance Settlement" transactions via Stripe.
• Portfolio Display: We will not use, publish, or showcase your final visuals as promotional or portfolio material without your explicit prior consent.

Security Protocols

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information. We maintain a strict security protocol regarding your assets:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
• AI Compute Infrastructure & IP Protection: We utilize a secure hybrid infrastructure combining local compute nodes and enterprise-grade AI APIs configured for strict zero-retention. We guarantee that your proprietary assets, brand inputs, and unreleased IP are never stored on public databases or used to train any third-party AI models. Any data temporarily transmitted for specialized cloud processing is encrypted, ephemeral, and automatically discarded immediately after generation to ensure absolute confidentiality.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of TEPROF LLC, our clients, or others.

Retention Rules

We retain your uploaded assets and project files only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service. Upon project completion, you may request the permanent deletion of your source files, project briefs, and deliverables from our secure systems by contacting us.

Please note that we are legally required to retain basic billing, invoicing, and transaction records for tax, accounting, and legal defense purposes.
